Over the years I have discovered that I have a particularly keen understanding of the issues faced by people struggling with life transitions (i.e., launching a new career, retiring, adjusting to chronic illnesses, care-giving), and people dealing with a variety of grief and loss issues (both death and non-death related, such as a relationship loss).
My main goal in therapy is to meet you where you are. I will then work with you to discover how the transition(s) you are facing may be affecting different areas of your life. Together I hope to help you discover both the gains and losses that lay ahead for you. I look forward to working with you.
